A sympathetically restored Edwardian hotel originally designed in the style of the traditional ‘London Gin Palace,’ situated in the old town of Aberystwyth, just a stone’s throw from the castle grounds.
You can look forward to a warm Welsh welcome. This newly restored hotel has a contemporary luxurious feel, just yards from the beach, harbour and marina. All rooms are en-suite and furnished to a lavish standard with hand made furniture and the indulgence of Egyptian cotton linen.
Why not sit back and relax with a glass of champagne and enjoy excellent views of the sunsets over Cardigan Bay? Or you can enjoy a drink in our friendly local bar before retiring to your luxury suite and slipping into crisp Egyptian cotton sheets. And if all this isn’t enough, to complete your treat, breakfast will be served to you in bed the following morning.
We strive to provide local, ethically sourced products wherever possible.
Nice and open in the summer, though I must admit to preferring the old style (before the re-fi), more ‘pubby’ feeling. Still, big screens, a pool table and the best jukebox in Aber make this a really nice place for the occasional evening drink!
